When did 4Runners come with dual airbags?
Moving on to a different vehicle, and am wondering what the first year of dual airbags was.

My '97 has them, I guess the '96 would be the first as said above.

The pass airbag off switch is not really for infants seats, but for mother in laws.

Weird, my 2000 has no such switch. There appears to be a weight sensor in the passenger seat to turn the airbag on and off.

I was just kidding, mine doesn't have one either. Trucks have them typically, because they don't have back seats for infant seats.
