You guys...I just had it "on" not "set." I actually had just passed 4 dudes on Harley's on the way to Bryce Canyon and they weren't too happy about it.

Hit 100mph last weekend twice on a 3 mile staight stretch of road on the way to my parents house. Was a beautiful day and no one around. It still had some legs but I did not push it any faster.

IMHO... I think I'd rather hear about how many babes we all screwed in our trucks rather than how fast we've gone. I personally think it's insane... but I was insane in my youth, too, I suppose.

I am too old to do that in the back of a 4Runner now. I ain't flexible as I used to be.

My GPS said 132 before I ran out of balls. I did have tires that were properly speed rated and I have a speed unlimiter.

Before I get flamed----I only did it once and believe it or not the truck didn't feel unstable.

Well, I guess if I had a 20 year old truck with a 22re in it I wouldn't care either.

Took it up between 95-100 a few times going up a long hill, on the way home, in the back of the woods.

Had mine up to 80 several times and it was very stable and no strain and it's just a 2.7. No need for speed for me, just passing jerks who decided to speed up as I was passing.

i had her going about 90 one time, and she rode very smooth, and it was a lot of fun.

and as for the truck, i got it up to about 105mph.

We used 4runners in the Persian Gulf. I hit 113 0n the road to Camp Doha. The mod that contributed to that was the fear that I was going to get blown up if i occupied any one space for to long

Thats probably one of the few reasons to actually speed.
