What's this?

I found this underneath the dash between the gas and brake pedals. I'm really puzzled as to its purpose because it's not connected to anything. Anybody know what's it for? I'm still looking for the e-locker harness. Thanks.

Here's some more pics. Interesting to note is that it comes off from the main electrical wiring harness behind the instrument cluster.

Bottom pic is the back of the harness assembly.

Unknown electronics in your car... never good
I would have suggested an old alarm system but those are just too many wires.

Yeah it sucks not knowing what are they for. It puzzles me why they come off from the main harness and terminates into that plastic thing. I really wanted to know what are they for since I don't have a FSM. Bad part about it too was, I was just trying to locate the locker ECU harness and this is what I found. Now, I'm more inclined to put in an ARB air locker since I don't have luck in finding a used e-locker and the ECU harness. I called some places and they don't have it or if they do have it, it doesn't stay long in their inventory.

I did unplug them one by one and it didn't affect the truck at all.
