I've got (2) sets of black steelies and had a third and they all were easy to balance...if you have a competent tech doing the balancing...I think most of it is incompetence in balancing not that steelies are hard to balance.

then you get the whiners that buy steelies and then say they couldn't get them balanced...because they told the tire guy not to put them on the outside of the rim...

a 2" strip of lead is only like an ounce of weight... thats nothing

steel wheels are easy to balance and you can still balance them dynamically even with tape weights on the insdie of the rim so you dont see them on the outside... on a steel wheel though, its always best to use inside and outside clip on weights... yeah it could get knocked off by a rock wheeling and is probably going to scratch the pretty finish, but if you use the truck... who care... my scratched wheels are not important...

C'mon now . Some of us "whiners" have valid complaints. I told discount to do "whatever it takes" to balance mine; inside, outside, anything. They COULD NOT BALANCE the wheels. 3 different locations and 6 tries later I got a refund on the wheels and went back to stock. I don't consider that whining.

Black wheels are awesome. They look good on just about any color. I'll probably keep putting black wheels on all my vehicles

I like them.........................kinda obvious isn't it?

Have somebody here photochop a set of them onto your truck. That way you can see what they loook like before you spend the $$$.

You want cheap and quality, call Kyle at 4wheelparts in Charlotte, NC, tell him what you need. He is a Yota guy and will be able to help you. Tell him Brian sent you.
