What to do about stripped bolts

This is driving me nuts and I have no idea how to get it to work. I am trying to take off my rear bumper, I've got all the bolts out. When I got to the last one It's stripped like no other bolt has ever been stripped. I need to get this but I can't.

Do any of you have any tips or anything on how to get this out? My trucks sitting in the garage right now and I would like to get this done before I have to leave somewhere.

Are you able to get a hacksaw in there and cut the bolt? or cut the bumper? Have you tried a torch?
If i wasn't at work right now...i'd give ya hand or at least a little extra brainstorming.

Drill through the bolt, and knock the shavings out with a screw driver. Of course you'll need a new bolt.

Got it, I wasn't able to do anything but drill through it. So many problems with this, took me 4 hours and 1 broken socket wrench to get the dang thing off.
