What to do about my Leather 4Runner seats?

I have had the 4runner for about 2 years now and as all of us with leather know, it wears and eventually cracks. I now have a mystery tear in mine on the side. The top portion just shows the wear. Should I get them re upholstered? Should I just try and find new seats?

at $517 per seat w/o brackets ouch, Though I like them and Im sure they are bad ass. or maybe at $449 w/o brackets not to bad but I think I like the Masters. I though about factory but couldn't imagine what those would cost. I like my seats just not the wear.

Don't get the Corbeau's. My friend had them and they were absolute junk.

Anyone know if 4th Gen seats fit in 3rd?
