What distributor cap and rotor would you

recommend for a 91 runner 3.0?

Stock! Always stock toyota items. Not that much more cost wise if any, and they won't let you down in a pinch. From my experience.

I agree. Stock only. I have bought some aftermarket cap and rotors that didnt last 3 months.

Same here. Requiring a 400 dollar tow.
