Well She's in the body shop... finally

https://www.yotatech.com/forums/show...threadid=23496

Well my truck is finally in the body shop. I have been off the forum for a little while due to going "fishing" (I call going out to sea on a little bitty ship *FFG* fishing since my first ship was an aircraft carrier!*CVN* ) and the fact that it hurt a lot to see my my truck all beat up. After I get it back, I plan to replace the O2 sensor since it is running pretty rich~the exhaust is white and smells of gas while it is warming up, and generally is sluggish and gets bad gas mileage (200 miles per tank now, was 300 miles per tank). I hope to start hitting the trail again as soon as it is all pretty again and my wallet is $893 lighter  for the shop to fix the tree damage *courtesy of Walker Valley ORV* on the right side of the extended cab. The other insurance company is spending the $1800 to fix the accident damage on the left side. I will post pics of the truck when it is done!

I thought you were going treat the truck to a SAS and put a flat bed on it? If so it seems like you wouldn't mind some damage if your making your truck that hardcore. I could be confusing you with some one else though.

There is so much stuff going on, and they are going to pay for the repairs to the left side, so I decided to get the right side fixed. I recently moved to Arlington, and am back on sea duty, so the SAS and flatbed are moved further along on the calendar. But yeah that is the plan. I ended up buying a commuter car that has better gas mileage to drive while I am saving up and when the truck is down for mods, or whatever.

That commuter car may have the gas mileage but it doesn't have the raw power our V6's have.
Sounds like a good game plan.
