Angry Well dangnabbit!!

ok so I finished up my maglight mod pictures also

nice huh? Im was happy, till I noticed something..

Ohh thats some light diffusion from work to even out the light output.. so its alittle softer but very even. I like it better this way.

THEN much to my dissmay I found this.

can this be fixed? cheaply? its the rubber trim that goes around my door.. apparently my FAT rubs against it when I get in..
any and all help would be appreciated.. aside from the diet comments..

Talking OK no diet comments

So i won't make any diet comments ( the pot can't call the kettle black and there but for Col. sanders go we...)
To put a quick fix on that you could try the handyman's secret weapon...Duct tape... but it would only be a temp. fix.
There is a product out there for rubber gasket repair. I think you can get it at marine repair shops. but i don't know if it drys or stays tacky.
those and you could try leaning a little bit farther forward when you get in & out Anyway hope it helped have and relax.
I think the mag light thing is Aviator

The mag light fits nicely there doesn't it? I mounted mine there too. Unfortunately, my foot came down on one of the mounts when the flashlight was not in, and it broke. Beware!

Just replace the damn trim. I'm sure it can't be that much.

why not just go buy a new weather strip surround from the dealer? mine is torn at the bottom where my steeltoes drag across getting in and out. I plan on one day replacing it but I haven't gotten to it yet.

You could try some wetsuit rubber (neoprene) glue. Get it at a dive/surf shop. We used some on our vacuume frame at work and it worked really good.
