weird electrical problem

ok i have a problem with my brake lights. for some odd reason, when i turn on the parking lights, i noticed its not the regular tails that come on. It all light up like i was braking. When i have the lights off and hit the brakes even with no keys in the ignition, the brake lights light up regularly but so does the all the guages. Now i tried looking at all the fuses even the non related ones and not a singe one is blown. I tried removing and reseating the fuses that are related to the guages, tail and brake lights. Now i cant think what else it could be, maybe i have a bad relay or maybe i have a wire that is grounded?

it could be that the bulbs are in the wromg way round so that the tail lite is the brake ect if you brake with the lights on it should light up a little more , all you have to do is take thhe bulb out and turn it upsidedown nd put it back in .

it was a wierd thing that i never saw before in a bulb. One of the fillaments in the brake/running light blew. When it did it fused itself onto the other fillament and that what made it to cause the mysterious lighting of my guages when i stepped on the brakes.
