Weight of OEM 16" Wheels
Does anyone know the weight of the 3rd generation split three-spoke OEM 16"x7" wheel? If someone has one, could they weigh it (without the tire of course)?

18 pounds is right on the money. I bought a set off ebay and they were shipped UPS to me, of course my steel rims are in the boxes for storage. I just looked at the sticker on one of the boxes and it says 18 pounds. The rims came in a box with no packaging, just some paper to prevent scratches, so the rim itself is real close to 18 lbs., maybe 17.5 and 1/2 a pound for the box. And these are the exact rims you mentioned, 16x7 3 spoke SR5 alloys.

Thanks for the weight confirmation. I want to make sure that should my accountant (a.k.a my wife) approves a new set of wheels, they are no heavier than the OEM wheels. I'm already rotating more mass with the 285's.
