This weekend sucked....

Not only did I have to work all weekend, but I hydroplaned and hit a tree.
July 4th.......

It will never be the same again.....

ouch

if your hood is dented, this may be a good excuse to get a scooped hood and that can be your silver lining!

I hope you came through with no type of bodily injury - that's the important thing. Sorry about your front end.

I feel your pain. Same thing happened to me. I broke my front brake caliper, front rotor, left control arm, rear left axle, 2 bent rims, front left fender. I got it fixed and it drives like new. Don't worry, it'll be fine. I hope you had full coverage because I didn't and it came out of pocket. At least you're ok which is the most important thing.

Bummer. Glad you're ok. This might be a good time to replace those tires...whenever mine begins to act a little squirrely in the rain, a new set of tires go on.

Sorry to hear about the crappy weekend. From the looks of the out of focus picture your tires need to be replaced. I'd buy some Revo's ASAP! Good luck with the auto body shop.

Damn sorry to hear that.
I know the feeling it will never be the same again I felt that way when my integra GSR got side swiped I sold it because of that. Now I don't care anymore.
I hit a tree too yesterday if it makes you feel any better. The TJM took the damage bent it a little but it's fine.

It didn't tweak it too badly I unbolted it today and straightened it out. I did bend the idler arm again though.
Hey might be a excuse to get a winch bumper like a ARB or TJM now instead of the stock one... I wonder if it would have been as bad if you had one of those on your vehicle? How big was the tree?

Bummer man. Looks like it was a pretty big hit! I was surprised it's only 4k worth of damage. Sorry to hear the news, man, it will turn out alright.

Funny thing was I really wasnt goin too fast. Fast enough I guess, about 20mph but the momentum and hitting something doesnt move really does some damage.
