It sure does, that is some of the most vile stuff ever, it goes everywhere and sticks to everything. I would have done the rear b umper, but there is a huge dent in it from a tree in Uwharrie, and a couple others from rocks in Tellico, I'm planning on building a new one soon. No need to waste the time painint something that won't be around much longer.

Now I might just have to give it the rattle can treatment, that'll get me by while my rear steel is in the works. great, now I gotta do more sanding and prep work.

Please tell me you used the UV Topcoat! If not, get it. Mine faded BAD and it looked like crap. The fading was not uniform, so it looked even worse than if the whole thing faded. Anyway, the UV Topcoat (black, non-toxic, applied by paint brush) went on smoothly and the Herc looks brand new. It looks awesome now!

I found the best deal on ebay. It was like $30 shipped or something from a place called AutoBarn.

Let me know if you have any questions, and welcome to the Herc club!

I really appreciate the suggestion dude. I will certainly pick up a bottle of that, and find some more time to put on a few coats. I was silently hoping it would actually fade just a little, I'm not to hyped about the wet look, but it beats the heck out the chalking alternative.
