Well, my oil has water and antifreeze in it. Yay. Can anyone give me a good reason OTHER than cracked block? There is no water in any of the cylinders, so I'm steering away from head/head gasket issues.

Maybe the waterpump somehow? Any other gaskets I'm not thinking of?

I'm sorry to say that sounds exactly like a blown head gasket. If you know there's no water in the cylinders, then why couldn't you replace the head gasket?

 

Hole in timing cover at water jacket. It's the chain guild failure on the drive side, which often leads to blown head gasket. Pull the valve cover and look, my guess is no guide on the driver side. You have a project ahead of you. Also the amount of nickel in the block casting for 22R(etc) engines makes cracking the block very difficult. More often then not other stuff will fail first.
