I currently have the S.C. with all that Toyota offers on it. My question on the top of the unit it appears that there is a waste gate .Has anyone experimented with vacuum restrictors or a turbo tuner (electronic vacuum restrictor) to get some more boost?

 

turbo timer with a supercharger? um, they arent the same

 

you cant get any more boost out of the trd s/c unless you get a smaller pulley.

that actuator doesnt work like a wastegate actuator on a turbo system.

 

I was not sure how the waste gate worked on the S.C. I talk to a few guys that have Turbos on their cars and I just had some questions ...

he said "turbo tuner", usually called a boost controller for turbocharger systems.

 

ah ok... read it to fast, my eyes moved the spaces around and didnt tell the rest of me...... anwyas, turbo tuners arent present on a supercharger
