Used 4runner price paid

Hey guys I was reading some of the other threads about people buying used 4runners and was wondering, for those of you who bought a used 4runner, what you paid out the door or after taxes and all that if you bought it from a private party. Also if you could include what year you bought it in and the year and model of the rig I would appreciate it. Im just curious and want to compare prices other people paid.

In December, I bought an 89 4Runner V6 SR5 with 125K original miles. It came with nerfbars, tow package, beefy integrated steel bumper, NWOR roof rack, new 31" tires, and aftermarket exhaust. Interior in great shape, no rust, no major dings, paint on hood oxidized a little. I bought it from a private party in Oregon for $3800.

I feel I got ripped off, but I'm not sure. Bought a 96 4runner sr5 4x4 with 28,000 miles for $21k. Private party

Only reason we paid so high was because of the low mileage.

I paid $9000 for my '91 4Runner (No special things, just full power, A/C, etc...) but it was in great condition and had about 155k miles on it. I bought it about 2 years ago in July.

I bought a '95 Ltd. w 64k miles back in '99; immaculate condition despite obvious butt-sag syndrome. I paid $18K. I couldn't bargain for lower price 'cuz two other people at the dealership showed interest in it.

$8500, extremely good condition, high miles. Previous owner couldnt trade in cause he broke the needle on the odometer and then had the odometer replaced. i love my runner.

$16.4k from a dealer for my 2000 4runner SR5, 2wd, 43k miles. Bought my rig last month (March). A few door dings, but other than that, very clean. Lovin' every minute of my weekly commute between LA and Oakland.
