Urgent: help on Bilstein HD Rear Shock assembly

*urgent* Swapping out rear shocks: *urgent*
I've checked for pics and threads and not finding the answer...
Cut my old on off. No problems. Installing new Bilstein 4600 HDs.
Question:
What's the order of assembly for the top (rear)?
Or what goes above the cars attachment point?
In the pack:
2 rubber spacers
2 hardened steel washers (cupped)
1 stainless steel washer (cupped)
1 nut (obvious)
2 tapered bushings (bottom)

Not a big job I just want o do it correct and the setup is slightly different then the "foreign autoparts" replacement that was on there.
P.S. The car is on stands and is my daily driver

Starting at the top of the shock:

- cupped steel washer (facing up)
- bushing
- shock mount/body
- bushing
- cupped steel washer (facing down)
- stainless washer
- nut
