I I have a 95 T100 with a 2wd auto trans. Just installed the URD kit and I have access to a Snap On scan tool.
But I don't know where to start with tuning the FTC1. I am waiting for URD's tuning guide to be finished, but until then has anyone wrote about tuning the FTC1 at all? any links to anything that can get me started in the right direction? I have done many searches and can't find anything that actually has any answers. I know there are allot of people that have installed this kit, did you just do a trial and error until you got it right? seems like a disaster waiting to happen if you don't know what you are doing.

I think your best bet is going to be posting on TTORA national board since a couple of 95s on there have the SC. Your best bet is looking for (I think his handle is) DavidTaco, who has a 95 with an SC. Not sure if you realize it, but installing the SC on a 95 is a real crap shoot since the ecu may or may not be able to handle the extra air.

 

that's exactly why I went with the URD kit because the 95 ECU doesn't work correctly with the SC. The FTC1 is supposed to be tuned to make up for it. URD told me their kit will solve the problem so I hope they are right. I just need to know how to tune it.
