I was researching the CB I've been looking at and there is an option to upgrade the microphone. Does anyone here have upgraded mics? The 3 options listed were the Astatic 636L, the Astatic 575M6B, or the Turner RK56B. These range from $30 to $54 additional. I'll be using mine recreationally only. Any thoughts?

 

I run the stock Cobra one that came with mine, and it works great.

The power mics you can buy I have never tried, and I hear they can distort unless you set them right.
