2 mods so far this weekend, dodging the rain.
First, installed a sr5 guage cluster into my truck (carb version, had to run a tach wire). I decided not to advance the odomoter to read correctly, it's only about 30k off. I don't plan on selling this truck anyway.
The other mod was swaping a 8" 2wd axle into my truck.
the main thing that was a PITA is I have to get the axle out from between the springs and the frame.
Now running 4.10's in the rear, I have opened up my locker options tremendously, and my truck goes off the line better too (well, for an automatic that is
)
