two questions
I am new to this forum and this is my first post. I have a 94 toyota pickup with the V6. I bought it new and have had it ever since. Approximately 5 or 6 years ago I had gone mudding and a few days after my truck starting running like crap. Couldn't figure it out on my own so I took it in. Turned out to be air flow meter wasn't working properly because I sucked in a bunch of mud. They wanted like 800 big ones for a new one. I said can't you just clean it up. They said no, so I said I will clean it myself. Which I did and the truck ran fine again.
HOWEVER, being young and stupid and messed with the spring sprocket. I believe I tightened the spring up maybe 5 teeth. And of course I did not mark the original tooth. really don't remember why I messing with it but I know I Did. so now that I am older and hopefully a little wiser, I would like to put it back to the original tooth. My truck runs fairly well with average gas mileage (15-18). And my truck is stock except for a lift.
So my question is, can someone tell my where the original location is by counting the teeth or posting a picture.
Or should I just leave it??
My next question is , Will aisan locking hubs from an 88 truck fit on my 94 truck??

Cebby already took care of one question, and I don't know the answer to the other one. I can only offer a warm welcome to the best Toyota forum around.
