tune up / plug boots

I'm giving my "New to me" 96 4runner a tune up to try to fix some hesitation / misfire.. Should I replace the coil on plug boots also? I don't really want to spend much $ unless its necessary....

I would say yes if they are cracking... I just did a tune up and the plug boots were pretty bad...
