Brake fitting size

What size is the line fittings on the front brakes of a '97 4x4 4runner 3.4L?

This would be the fitting into the caliper on the hardline, the fitting on the hardline in to the flex hose, the fitting on the hardline from the top of the flex hose, and the fitting on the hardline into the union elbow on the frame rail.

So four fittings on the two hardlines on either side of the flex hose.

Thanks.

For the record the fittings are metric thread 3/16" or 5mm with inverse flares.
