I was wondering if anybody out there knew rather or not the Tundra and the 3rd gen 4Runner have the same instrument cluster shape. In other words can I take the Tundra instrument cluster that has the 4 individual gauges on it and install it in my '96 4Runner with minmal chopping and cutting. I am not concerned about wiring it at this point just rather or not it would even come close to fitting. Thanks to everyone for being so informative and helpfull.

As long as the connectors mate up properly i wouldnt see why not. But my dad's tundra has no tach, so im a bit skeptical.
