I just saw this TSB in the same paragraph as older 4runners get bigger calipers, and something about 4 wheel disk brakes....Sorry if I am way off on this but does anyone have the capability to look this up? Does it have a bearing on 3rd gen vehicles? Does this mean that Toyota has a disk brake system that can be retrofit on say my vehicle?
