Truck wont start

Truck wont start
I have a 2003 tacoma v6 manual. When I push in the clutch the truck wont start i have to use the clutch start cancel. wondering if it could be a bad fuse or if the clutch sensor has gone bad the truck only has 90,000 miles. Thanks for you help!
