Truck doesnt run right.

I just put my 22re engine back together from being torn down to just the block and pistons, nothing else. It runs really good at idle but when I give it gas it seems to fall on its face and slowly gain speed.

Im going to mess with rotating the distributor some and see if that helps. Anyother suggestions? Its completly stock minus the mild port and polish and a really mild cam.

I figured out the problem...The distributor was clocked a tooth off and the timing was to retarted for the crane cam I installed. The truck runs unbelievably well now.

What I did....I did almost everything but put new pistons and rings in it since it looks like it was done not to long ago.
