Transmission Damaged Bad??
#21
They may want to drop the transmission pan to see how big the chunks of metal are in it. If you grinded something then there is no doubt in my mind that there will be metal in the pan.
If you don't come up with anything at the dealership. Then I suggest that you go to you buddies house, hook up the boat, and continue to back up and down your buddies driveway until you no longer have reverse. Your tranny is messed up anyways, so why not get a new one? That is what warranties are for. You might as well get a new that way you don't have to worry about it taking a crap in the middle of nowhere.
Just my $.02
Good Luck

Warranty was 1500 bumper to bumper. 5 years, starting this year or 150,000k. Everything covered expcept wear and tear parts such as rotors, brake pads etc... I can take the car to any place I choose to get fixed, including dealer. I thinks its a good investment. Warranty company has been great too.
