That's a sweet looking ride! Are those flares/mud flaps stock? Any idea where I can get some of those for my Runner? They look awesome!

Have fun.

DH I am looking for the same thing over here for my Runner. The factory flares on a UK spec Runner are AWESOME!! I called a dealer was quoted like close to $700 for the set:eek: I am working an alternative right now. Also they are rare as hell on the road not to mention a junkyard. I have been searching with no luck so far.

It has the turn signal repeaters on the sides of the front fenders. Why don't they put those on American versions. On 6 lane highways when changing lanes I always worry about someone taking the lane I want from the other side. A turn signal on the side like that would make me feel a little better in that situation.

No idea they came with the surf The only different bits ive added or adding are the Thule Roofrack, which isnt on the pic coz i take them off when cleaning. Also i have a spoiler which is in the body shop being sprayed to match. Ill post some more pics when its installed.

I still wonder why myself...I have seen a lot more new cars with 'em though. I put these OEM ones on and I know it helps. Nice truck Snowsurfer. I dig the factory clear corners and flares.

All cars here in the UK have the side repeater turn signals. They were designed for when you are going around a large roundabout the cars that are entering the roundabout can tell if you are continuing around or going to exit. For those not familiar with how a roundabout works when you approach one you look to your right and if no one is coming you go for it. Everyone yields to the right. It acutally works really well most of the time.
