Torsen limited slip, ???

Does the new torsen limited slip used in the 03, & 04 4Runners, control only one front and one rear wheel, being that it is a center diff?

Ron,

Here is a previous thread regarding the 4WD modes on the 4th gen.

Mine being a JDM 'Runner also has the REAR Torsen LSD that I ordered as an option and the center diff lock.

Yes, that is right.

You can get and install a Detroit True Track diff in the rear. It is kind of a copy of the TORSEN torgue sensing diff. I will be putting one in the rear of my 97 soon. It should be perfect for street use.
