It depends. They don't officially make the T-17 for solid axle rigs any more. I got one for an IFS rig. The only difference is the mounts, the holes are spaced a little differently. Now here's the stupid part. They still have the T-15 for the solid axle WHICH USES THE SAME MOUNTS AS THE T-17.

So if you want a T-17 for a solid axle rig order the T-17 bumper for an '86-89 and T-15 mounts for an '84-85.

...my slightly used T-17 is for sale. The mounts are pretty hosed up though.

Advice: If you are buying this for a rock rig don't waste your money. Go tube.

What year truck do you have? And is it a solid axle rig? Those are two important questions, and you may end up having to fab one. They don't make any bumpers for a 79-83 rig anymore that I know of, some can be made to fit w/ some retro fitting. 84-89 runners or trucks use the same mounts and bumpers for the front.

Almost true. The 4 bolt holes on the front of the crossmember are spaced a little differently on the IFS rigs. They will work on a SA rig but you have to do a little cutting.

NMCruser: I'll have pics tomorrow.

TJM pics. Sorry, I thought they were smaller! Has a few battle scars, er.. beauty marks I mean. Doesn't look too bad, it was only on the truck a few months and only wheeled twice. One of those times was Paragon/Rausch though.

Tacoed mount.

I'll sell you just the bumper for $175 +shipping. The mounts aren't worth messing with.

the only place that makes bull bars for '79-83 trucks is badland bumpers, iirc

Looks great, just don't use the mounts to break rocks! Also makes a great shelf for tools, beer, etc.
