Tires

I'm running 33's Goodyear MTR's with a 3 inch lift.It has a v-6 with stock axles.I would like to put on some 35's.Does anybody know if I will have any problems with tire rubbing. The rear sags a little but the front should be okay.Any idea's on some less expensive mud grips. The goodyears run around 185.00 each. Also I thought I would throw this in too.6-15-04 State police pulled me for running with the tailgate down.He said it was against the law.I never heard any thing of this before.Let me off with a warning.I'm still running it down.He did'nt say any thing about not having any mud flaps. I don't know if I needing or not.Maybe he just hassling us 4x4's folks here in south central VA.

If you want 35's, I'm sure you're going to need to trim your bumper quite a bit. And/or crand the torsion bars. Unless you want buy and install another lift kit. Is your 3" lift suspension, or body?

And I have Procomp X-Terrains that I absolutely love, they are about $170 a piece (for 33's) add a few bucks for the extra 2"

Shop America's tire for great prices.

You didn't say what model you have, but I can't imagine 35s with 3" lift on any year! If you have 3" suspension lift already, you might consider a 2" body lift to go with it. I ran 37s with 4"susp/3" body and they could even rub (barely) at full lock full stuff. The 35s can't touch no matter what with my setup. BTW - cranking up the torsions sucks, the ride gets very harsh.
