Can front 1st gen IFS swaybars wear out over time? Also does anyone make rear sways for the 1st gen , and more importantly does anyone make rear sway discos for 1st gen. Thanks

Unless it's permanently deformed, no it can't. The spring rate is a function of the geometry and material properties which don't change over time. If it's routinely permanently deformed then it will eventually fatigue and crack but I can't see that happening with the stock IFS.

You can make your own QDs.
