( ( ( Tire Upgrade Question for 97' 4R ) ) )

Greetings,

I have a question before I switch tires. Would a Set of 17" TIRES & Rims, GOODYEAR HP 265/70R17, coming off a 2003 4Runner fit on a Stock 97' 4Runner?

Thanks in advance

Welcome to Yotatech!

This website has a HUGE wealth of information on the subject, here are a few links to get you started:

FAQ for Toyota 4x4's, you should read through this whole thing and it will cover all of the basics to get you up-to-date, from what generation (gen) 4runner yours is, to basic mods:
https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f120/toyota-faq-66255/

Tire Sizing Chart, applicable to 3rd gen 4runners:
http://www.4crawler.com/4x4/ForSale/...ireChart.shtml

You can easily do a search here or on Google to figure out what height those tires will be in inches.

Have fun!
