ok so thats great. but, i am noobie mechanic so bare iwth me. but if that tenshioner compresser tool is in place how do you move the timing belt in or out of place?

you compress the tensioner and there's a pin that slides into it and holds the tensioner back. Put on belt and pull pin.

i got it. i first just put the tenshioner in with long bolts. once the pin is pressed in, you use a small pin or allen wrench to "lock the tenshionier " then R/R belt. pull the pin and bingo.

thanks i am a bit a newb, since only worked on mini bikes as a young kid... and now i am doing motor swap. LOL brain damage

i didnt have a vise so a nearby shop compressed it, and pinned it then I installed it correctly. rotated the engine once or twice and all the top dead center marks lined up. left cam, right cam and the crank pulley...
