Timing belt broke/tapping noise now.1998 tacoma V6

Timing belt broke/tapping noise now.1998 tacoma V6
Driving home tuesday night ,truck started losing power and tapping.Got towed home.Changed timing belt,water pump,tensioner,cam seals and crank seal.Timed it by the marks.Starts and runs but has this tapping/knocking from the engine.Can hear it through the oil pan and the valve cover with a stethoscope. PLEASE HELP.

Remove the timing cover and recheck all the alignment marks.

Jamie.Thanks for the reply.Before I got your post I was checking the Marks and they were off a little even though they were perfect when I put the belt on.WHY did this happen????????
