Timing belt
I just did a timing belt on my 97 4Runner and everything seems to be running good it idles just a little High. But when I went to put the camshaft bolt back on it moved my crank shaft pass the zero mark but my two cam pullys were still in line on my marks. Is there anything I should be worried about. I probably should have took it off and fixed it but I’m not a mechanic and I was on my last straw at the time so I went with it. But any advice would be nice thanks

You mean crankshaft bolt?, you shouldn't need to remove the camshaft bolts to do just the timing. Its always wise to crank everything over a few times by hand to insure it all stays in alignment before buttoning it all up, its the only way to insure you got everything right after putting tension back on the belt, just the slack taken up by the tensioner can roll you off your marks if your off by a tooth, you can also mark the original belt and transfer those marks (counting teeth) to the new belt insuring alignment aswell assuming the original was correct by checking alignment before removal.

Yes crankshaft bolt and like I said I had the tensioner in and everything before I put the crankshaft bolt on but when I put my bolt back on with the impact it moved my crankshaft pass the zero mark but my cam pulleys stayed in place. So does that mean my belt isnt tight like maybe my tensioner didn’t release when I pulled the pin bc it did move past zero but the cam pullys stayed tdc and I did rotate it two or three times before I started putting everything back together and it didn’t seem like anything was lose and my belt felt tight.

As long as the cams are at their timing marks when the crank is at TDC - you're good. The timing marks on the belt aren't going to line up again unless you take everything apart and redo it from scratch. Well, they will line up at some point after a bunch of revolutions.
