does anyone have any experience with the timbren kits for tacomas? are they worth it for towing and payload?

They do help a lot in terms of ride quality and the slight increase in payload.
However, if you're using old worn out stock springs, they will just be a bandaid fix.

How slight of an increase in payload? I know the springs need to be replaced but I am trying to find a way to not damage them again once I do replace them.
