im starting to look at a truck with 122,000 miles on it. its a 2000, 4wd, automatic 3.4. its on 33s. The original owner said that Toyota put the supercharger on at the factory very early in its life. Off hand, I'm concerned about the transmission and the longevity of the truck. Other things to look at/consider?

With that many miles the supercharger will need to be rebuilt so plan on some $$$ for that (about $700 IIRC). The first thing I'd check is the ATF condition. Then all the other fluids. Then drive it. I'd want to do a compression test before I bought it. While the plugs are out for the compression test scope the piston tops and cylinder walls for signs of damage and check the plugs for a lean condition.
