Tank Bypass VSV

Tank Bypass VSV
Hello everyone,
I have that dreaded check engine light that comes on now and then, and after having the dealer check it (under the warranty from purchase so that part was free) they told me it was the Tank Bypass VSV (error P0446). The tech stated that it was on the exhaust above the spare tire. I took the spare tire down, however there is no sensor on the exhaust in that area.
Does anyone know where the Tank Bypass VSV is?
