I've seen a few posts about this, but nothing that really resolved it. I have a 95.5 Tacoma 4WD 2/7L AT w/ 128,000. I've unfortunately had a lot of work done- head gasket, rear drive shaft, tune up, all belts replaced, new rear shocks, new tranny cooler, new tires, new exhaust/cat, new 02 sensor....

Since I bought it, it's always vibrated at idle under load, but idles smooth in park/N. I ran BK 44 through a few months ago and got a CEL after the second tank as predicted and had the fuel filter changed, throttle body and MAF cleaned.

So far nothing has help. It vibrates less when the engine is cold and less with the air conditioner. on.

Any ideas?
