Hey guys new to the site and hoping someone could lend some advice, so I bought a 2000 Tacoma 3.4 v6 trd 4x4 for what I thought was a good price. It had some issues that I've fixed (TG motor mounts, fabbed a solid trans mount, cat, exhaust, 4x4 vacuum lines, timing belt, pulleys, water pump etc,) when I bought it it had cel on showing knock sensor codes p0330&p0325 bank1&2, so while I was doing timing belt I pulled the manifold off and replaced the knock sensor harness which was brittle and broken. Put everything back together and truck ran good around the block....then cel light and same two codes are back! I didn't replace sensors ( everyone says they never go out) I've checked continuity from harness on ECM side back to the pins in ECM which checked out OK. So has anyone had both sensors go bad? Truck seems to run good. So I'm at a loss here, should I tear down again and check or replace sensors? I don't hear or feel detonation, could it be my plugs/ wires? Thanks for any advice!
