I picked up a T100 3.4 5spd transmission with 97k. I was planning on putting it in an 00 4runner with a blown manual trans. 1st question Are the bell housings the same (I already got rid of the 4runner bell housing so I can't compare) and will the 5spd trans from the T100 work in the 4runner? I've tried to figure this out online without any definitive answer. From what I can see the bolts that mount the transfer case to the Trans on the T100 are fatter (both 12mm) than the 4runner. Thank you.
