Is this symptom a broken Trans Mount??

Hey guys I have a 2000 Limited 4x4 Runner with 93K miles on it. It runs great with the exception of this one problem I have been having. If I get on a stretch of rolling road/bumpy road it feels like something underneath is jumping up against the floor of the vehicle and when it does this you can look at the shifter and it will stay in drive but it rocks back and forth a good bit.......Underneath eveything looks tight but I'm not sure what to look for....could it be a transmission mount and the tranny is jumping around some or is it something else??

Check the 5lb weight / tranny mount vibration damper hanging underneath.
Mine recently came unglued...............so I re glued it!
I could only imagine how much per pound that thing is at the stealership!

Lay under the truck on a creeper with gloves on and a light then bang on stuff until you hear something loose.
