damn, all that cold water probably cracked the block. major work needs done.

kinda reminds me of that "ice road truckers" show on i think its the history channel. it think its pretty neat, how those guys drive over all the frozen lakes to the diamond mines.

the ice was over a foot thick. we pulled huge chunks out with the backhoe. the loader is another buddy's of mine and the backhoe is the drivers brothers. its nice out here in Idaho we could have waled a couple of miles and found a farmer with a tractor to rent if we needed too and they would have come just to point and laugh at us.. (done it too)

i live in IF and that is for sure not the snake river what river bed is it? is it the teton river? it's pretty shallow right out of driggs.

Its a "dry" channel out of the snake just north of rire. great place to wheel in the winter cause the snow makes it technical, and when it all melts theres tons of river rock.
