My husband and I are rebuilding a Transmission out of a 2003 Tundra SR5 4X4. Tore it all apart and inspecting everything. Measured the Sun gear Race and Thrust bearing for rear planet, both measure at 1.12 inch and the diagram shows me it should be 1.09. I'm assuming heat could of caused it to expand. Also the transmission pump shaft measures 3.28, not 3 inch. The information I read is that Lexus 450 utilizes a measurement of 3.375. The shaft is a little recessed, it could possible be the 3.375, its definitely not the 3 inch. Which is strange because I'm reading that the 2003 Tundra should have the 3 inch. The Transmission does read: 30-40LE serial number 02HR 20288. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
