Throw out bearing experience

I know my throw out bearing is going out due to the noise my transmission is making while in neutral and my foot off the clutch. Thing is, i also have noise/whine in all gears but 4th. Looking for anyone who's had a bad TOB and if this was a symptom or am I looking at a worn input shaft bearing as well?

Inpit shaft bearing, and the input shaft pilot bearings are the likely culprits.

When you are not pressing the pedal, the throwout bearing and pilot bearing do not spin. The input shaft bearing does. When you press the pedal, the throwout bearing spins, the pilot bearing spins, and the input shaft bearing spins unless you are stopped and in gear.
