Sub $500 front or rear off-road bumpers

Where can I find a front or rear plate-style bumper for my 4Runner for under $500? Bumpers like that for Jeeps, with winch options, are EVERYWHERE. There are loads of them on Amazon for $250-$400. All I see for finished, black bumpers for our 4Runners are $700-$1,700, unless you want weld AND paint it yourself.

Suggestions?

Get a Jeep? Third gens are just a MUCH smaller market, so the sales volume isn't there for someone to get a shipping container full of cheap bumpers made in China. They're all made by hand in small batches here in the US, and if you look at the cost of the raw steel, then you wouldn't be valuing their time and effort much to get a finished and painted bumper for under $500.

Market for hundreds of 3rd gen bumpers vs. 10's of thousands for Jeeps.

I know you said you did't want a weld together one, but check out coastal off road. I got mine there. I''ll pick some pic's if you want.. but other then that if you do not want a weld together one I would reccomned the ARB bumper.
