On my 88 4runner I have noise coming from my right front tire area but only when I make a hard right turn, like a U-Turn so to speak its the only time I ever hear it and it sounds like dried up bearings but i cant see anything when i look under there and it doesnt pull to either side when I drive it. Ohh yeah I have shoved grease into every possible place that i can under there. But to no avale it still makes the noise rather loud too.

That would probably be your turn stops. I think that's what they're called. Do a search on them and you'll find more info. I think there's even a post somewhere that has a pic of them.

Check carefully - could be parts of a Nissan wedged under there....
