whenever the truck is in motion i hear a squeaking sound coming from the forward driver side wheel area. it happens whether im accelorating, cruising or braking but does not happen while the truck is stopped. it sounds identical to a loose fanbelt in the engine but that is not the problem. any ideas?

 

Check your brakes. But possibly wheel bearings. I noticed my CV boots squeak when I spin my rotors with no wheel on.
